Short version: When you request an educational follow-up, we use the details you provide to respond to that request. We do not use this form to collect detailed financial information or to provide individualized advice.

Information we collect

This form collects your full name, phone number, email address, survey responses about broad financial-education priorities (including more than one selection where the question allows it), any optional question or topic you share, your consent to receive an educational follow-up, and the team referral link associated with your visit so we can route your request to the correct approved contact. If you separately choose the optional SMS checkbox, we also record that one-time text-confirmation consent and the time it was provided.

How we use it

We use the information to understand the education topics you selected, respond to your requested educational follow-up, keep a record of your request, and manage related communications. Submitting this form does not automatically enroll you in a newsletter or recurring marketing messages.

Where it is stored

Consent-based requests from this page are stored in a private lead list managed through Listmonk for Learning Never Stop. Access is limited to the team handling follow-up requests.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or remove your contact information, or opt out of future follow-up communications, by emailing sam@learningneverstop.com.
